I grew up on a farm right outside Newton Grove, NC where my dad taught me from an early age to always work with two hands—in other words, if you aren’t always using both hands you aren’t being as efficient as you could be. After all, working smart is just as important as working hard.

That ethos stuck with me my entire life and has been a huge part of my success in my career.

I take pride in using my skill set to help clients make the best of their tax and financial situations and helping them succeed by serving as their strategic advisor throughout the year.

Doing so has helped me develop a niche centered around tax planning and tax preparation for clients with small businesses, real estate investments, side gigs, employees with company equity and stock options and more.

Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my wife Nina, playing and watching sports, fishing, playing with my dog, and traveling.
